Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, employing standardized assessment tools and techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ personal goals, ensuring consistent revisions based on their progress and feedback.

• Provide therapeutic services to clients in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions designed to foster resilience and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed professional counselor in our outpatient program, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, families, and individuals facing various challenges such as substance use, trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. Your ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds and to understand their unique experiences will be critical to their therapeutic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the mental health counseling field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, there is a potential sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.
