Accounting Clerk #1062514 Torrance, California Job Summary: Responsibilities include various AP & AR tasks such as managing expense reports and reimbursements, managing non-capital assets, processing insurance claims, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. Responsibilities Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Create and update expense reports Process reimbursement forms Prepare customer statements and follow up overdue payment Process in-transit report Enter financial transactions into internal databases Check spreadsheets for accuracy Maintain digital and physical financial records Maintain records for fixed assets and non-capital assets Process insurance claims Participate in quarterly and annual audits Requirements Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands‑on experience with MS Excel and accounting software Organization skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Additional Information: At FastTek Global, Our Purpose is Our People and Our Planet .
