Accounts Receivables Clerk

Job TitleCollecting payments from customersCommunicating with customers to help resolve any payment issuesCommunicating with inside and outside sales to help resolve any payment issuesEnsuring that past due payments are kept to a minimal levelEnsuring all applicable information is entered into our Collection MonitorAssists corporate and branch personnel as necessaryPerforms filing and copying duties as requiredMaintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesThis job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine.
