Mid-Sized GP Firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law Very active with representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC A busy Patent Prosecution practice of cutting edge clients, primarily medium to large companies REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be registered with the USPTO and possess strong educational and/or industry experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field. Candidates with an advanced degree (MS or PhD) are preferred. Given the unique focus of this role, a high level of familiarity and practical experience in both the software and biological fields is highly preferred. Applicants must have prior patent prosecution experience, be highly detail-oriented, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in technical writing considered a strong plus. For Attorney candidates, admission (or qualification for admission) to the state bar corresponding to the primary office location is required.
