As a Sales Development Representative, you'll receive professional sales training, mentorship from experienced Account Executives, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while developing the skills to become a top-performing salesperson.

No previous sales experience? That's okay. If you're driven, coachable, and enjoy talking with people, we'll teach you the rest.

This isn't a dead-end sales job. Our SDRs are developed into future Account Executives and sales leaders through ongoing coaching and hands-on experience.

One day you'll be meeting local business owners, another day you'll be prospecting new opportunities, presenting solutions, or closing your first deal.

Build Relationships

• Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges.
• Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts.
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals.

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills.

• Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• 0-3 years of professional experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

• $50,000-$75,000+ first-year earning potential
