Business Systems Analyst III

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst III, this full-time remote position will lead business process transformation initiatives, providing advanced technical and operational support for core banking systems while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions. Key responsibilities Identifying and defining project scope and system requirements through collaboration with business and technology teams Facilitating meetings and maintaining documentation to ensure effective communication and compliance among stakeholders Providing daily technical support, performing data analysis, and producing reports to enhance system efficiency and user experience Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience 2+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, particularly with Mainframe systems Experience with Hogan Deposits or similar core banking applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, and SQL Queries
