Preschool Special Education Teacher (4 Days/Week)
Location: Buckeye, AZSchedule: 4 Days per Week (Part-Time)
Position Type: School Year Pay : Up to $45/hour Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Preschool Special Education Teacher to join our team in Buckeye, Arizona. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting preschool-aged children with diverse learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individualized, developmentally appropriate instruction for preschool students with disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate student records.
- Collaborate with families, therapists, related service providers, and school staff to support student growth.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and behavior supports.
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate (Early Childhood Special Education endorsement preferred or ability to obtain).
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
