RichSmith Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees, including: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs/HSAs) 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Stable Monday‑Friday schedule Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership Key Responsibilities As the Operations Support Specialist, you'll provide company‑wide operational support by: Serving as the RealPage/OneSite Super User, including system support and new hire setup Acting as the company liaison for RingCentral administration and support Managing the RichSmith website and employee intranet content Updating and maintaining the Operations Manual, forms, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Reviewing and updating lease documents, addendums, and tax credit compliance forms Managing company‑wide Microsoft Teams pages and file organization Maintaining organization and content of company shared drives Coordinating resident collections with third‑party collection agencies Overseeing company uniform ordering Assisting with corporate meetings, events, and special projects Ordering, receiving, and distributing office supplies Assisting with the company's property training platform Providing front desk coverage as needed Performing additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of administrative, operations, or corporate office experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple departments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable learning and supporting multiple technology platforms Preferred Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Experience with RealPage/OneSite strongly preferred Experience managing company documentation, databases, or internal systems Experience supporting operational processes and company‑wide initiatives Education High school diploma or equivalent required Work Environment Full‑time, in‑office position Monday through Friday Primarily seated office environment with occasional walking, bending, and stair climbing Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed This position is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, supporting technology platforms, and helping teams operate efficiently.
