Bookkeeper

Note: This position is fully onsite and may require weekend work during busy season! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team long-term. Position Overview In this role, you will support daily accounting operations and assist with general office tasks. Responsibilities include: Data entry and preparation of trial balances Bank and account reconciliations Preparation and filing of monthly sales tax returns for multiple clients Processing payroll and related payroll tax filings Answering and directing phone calls professionally Providing administrative support to team members as needed Qualifications & Skills We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to producing accurate work: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debits and credits) Proficiency with computers, including typing and Microsoft Excel High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work well in a team-oriented and quiet office environment Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the office #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
