What You'll Do

• Float across various critical care units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU/MICU/NCCU
• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
• Manage ventilators, interpret telemetry, and perform IV starts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document care activities accurately in electronic health records (EPIC)
• Follow unit policies for float assignments within equivalent or lower acuity units
• Contribute to a safe, compassionate environment for patients and staff

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active Ohio RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience
  • Proficiency with EPIC EHR system
  • Skills in IV insertion, telemetry interpretation, ventilator management
• Preferred:
  • Previous travel nursing experience
  • Experience in multiple ICU specialties
