What You'll Do

• Float across various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, NCCU
• Provide critical care to diverse patient populations, ensuring safety and quality care
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced ICU interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Participate in unit-specific procedures and codes as required
• Adapt to unit needs with flexibility and professionalism

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Skills in IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, and telemonitoring

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Flexible and adaptable attitude

This role is with a leading Ohio healthcare facility, offering critical care float pool coverage for night shifts.
