What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care across various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, CVICU, and S ICU
• Float within units of equal or lower acuity to meet patient needs
• Manage ventilators, IV starts, and telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Document care and patient responses accurately in Epic
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and critical changes in patient condition

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or ability to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years critical care ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Skills in IV placement, telemetry, ventilator management, and telemetry monitoring

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
