In this hands-on, forward-focused role, you will support hotel operations by identifying and addressing maintenance needs early, helping preserve equipment life and prevent unexpected downtime:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance across building systems and guest-facing areasInspect, test, and service equipment including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical componentsDocument inspections, repairs, and performance trends for engineering leadershipIdentify potential issues and recommend proactive solutionsKeep equipment, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organizedAssist with minor repairs as needed to support overall engineering operationsWhat Will You Bring to the Role? We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and efficiency. You will also bring:High School education or equivalent.Must be able to read and write in EnglishMust be able to perform basic math3 to 4 years previous experience as a general repairman preferred.Ability to use all general repair toolsAbility to read simple drawings and specificationsAbility to make rough estimates of required materialsAbility to recognize early warning signs of mechanical issues and take corrective actionStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skillsA team-first attitude and a commitment to consistent, high-quality workAvailability to work mornings Monday through Friday, including weekends or holidays as neededWhat is In It for You?
