Overnight- 1 pharmacist. COE pharmacist help Patient Ratios variable Type of equipment Pyxis machines, CII safe EMR Meditech and Vigilanz Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Pharmacist Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Minimum 6 months acute care hospital Pharmacist experienceColorado pharmacist license Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS & BLS Residency PGY1 Inpatient pharmacy experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Order verification and medication final verification Performs clinical dosing per established guidelines and documents clinical tasks in Vigilanz software Best personality Fit: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, likes to have fun and works well with a team Great communication skills, ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
