Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Front Desk in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, and support daily security-related operations through clear communication and attentive presence. This customer-facing role offers the chance to represent Allied Universal with a caring, reliable, and agile approach, while working with integrity and teamwork to help create a professional and inviting environment.

Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet arriving guests, verify identification and/or visitor records, and help to support authorized entry processes.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when needed.
- Support front desk operations by answering questions, providing directions, documenting daily activity, and maintaining detailed security-related logs, reports, and visitor information.
- Assist with monitoring cameras, alarms, and other building systems from the front desk, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel during security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
