A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with approximately 2–3 years of experience to join its growing financial services practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial finance transactions and a strong foundation in drafting, negotiating, and managing lending matters from documentation through closing. This opportunity offers hands‑on transactional experience, meaningful client exposure, and strong long‑term growth potential within a collaborative legal team.
