Legal Operations Coordinator

Actively seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position . This position is great for a candidate with 2+ years of project management, practice management, legal operations, or information technology experience in a Legal or Professional Services environment, with a Project Management mindset. Interest in working in Knowledge Management and AI is preferred for this candidate.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York City

PAY: $90 - $105K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• 2+ years of applicable Practice or Project Management Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Prior Law Firm Experience or Professional Services Experience is REQUIRED
• Practice Development, BD, or Practice Group Management experience is HELPFUL
• MS Office Suite Proficiency REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
• Manage and monitor the team inbox, triaging incoming requests
• Maintain centralized tracking of requests and initiatives, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and statuses are consistently documented and up to date.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking
• Assist with trainings, workshops, and internal events
• Provide general administrative and operational support
