Are you the person who can keep crews, customers, schedules, and last-minute changes organized without missing the details?

We’re looking for an experienced Scheduler / Dispatcher with strong customer service skills to help keep our busy construction branch running smoothly.

 

 

This is not a basic receptionist or data-entry position. We need someone who can take ownership of the schedule, think ahead, communicate clearly, and keep things moving when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned.

 

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch installation crews
• Coordinate daily jobs, schedule changes, and customer needs
• Communicate with builders, field superintendents, customers, installers, sales, and managers
• Handle schedule conflicts professionally and confidently
• Make sure crews have accurate job information after they leave
• Pull job information and purchase orders from customer portals
• Create job tickets and maintain accurate information in our systems
• Track open issues and follow through until they’re resolved
• Help solve the inevitable scheduling puzzle when plans change

Pay: $27.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position requires a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Physical Demand: 

This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a professional office environment. The employee must be able to remain seated for prolonged periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, and lifting light office supplies up to 15 pounds. The employee must have sufficient visual acuity to read printed materials and electronic displays, and sufficient hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone.
