Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support core HR operations for a contract assignment for our client. This Contract position will play a key role in employee support, HR administration, onboarding coordination, and benefits-related processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in employee relations and HR systems while ensuring day-to-day activities are handled accurately and professionally.Responsibilities:• Support employees with day-to-day HR matters, providing guidance on workplace policies, procedures, and general employee relations concerns.• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and readiness for a smooth start.• Maintain accurate personnel records and manage routine HR administrative tasks in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.• Assist with benefits administration by helping employees understand available programs, processing related paperwork, and resolving enrollment questions.• Use HRIS tools to enter, update, and audit employee information to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.• Partner with internal stakeholders to address employment-related issues, escalate concerns when appropriate, and help promote a positive work environment.• Prepare HR documents and communications such as employment letters, policy acknowledgments, and other employee lifecycle materials.• Contribute to process improvements within HR operations and provide support for special projects as business needs arise.
