As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety. You will lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain equipment. Your role involves scheduling, training, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of kitchen operations, and experience in food preparation and safety standards. A culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role is preferred.
