Customer Service Representative (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20.40/hour

Location: Onsite

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

• Rotating Saturday shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (approximately every 5-6 weeks)

• If scheduled on a Saturday, you will have a weekday off that same week

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, handling non-clinical inquiries such as prescription status and billing questions

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication deliveries and process payments, ensuring accuracy for timely distribution

• Respond to customer inquiries or route calls to the appropriate department for resolution

• Document clear and concise progress notes to keep workflows updated

• Use internal systems to assist customers with refill requests, order status, insurance verification, and invoice requests

• Address patient questions during refill scheduling and escalate to pharmacists or nurses when necessary

• Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to ensure patient safety

• Perform additional duties as assigned, based on team or program needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.
