You will record and enter incoming payments, oversee customer memberships to ensure accounts remain up to date, and contact customers regarding payments while delivering exceptional service. You'll become a trusted resource for both customers and coworkers, helping keep essential billing processes organized and efficient.This position offers a consistent schedule that supports both productivity and personal time.
