This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexible work hours while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories, needs, and aspirations, using structured frameworks to guide your evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, leveraging evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of emotional and psychological issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and clinical social workers, to deliver integrated care and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client population, primarily consisting of individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. Our clients come from different backgrounds and age groups but share a common goal: the desire to improve their emotional health and quality of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license/certification to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• At least two years of professional experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
