Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatric providers, and other health professionals, to ensure an integrated approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your role will involve supporting these individuals through compassionate care and personalized interventions aimed at fostering emotional resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license or certification in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of documented experience in a mental health counseling role, specifically working with a diverse population.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients swiftly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
