Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs to inform individualized treatment plans. For example, utilize validated assessment tools and clinical interviews to evaluate mental health status.

• Facilitate 1:1 therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), ensuring that each session is personalized to address specific mental health challenges.

• Assist clients in navigating complex systems, including helping them obtain necessary forms for entitlements and insurance, thereby enhancing access to services and financial support.

• Act as a key advocate for patients, liaising with community organizations to secure resources that improve their quality of life.

• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and prepare reports that detail progress towards treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
