Join Our Family Medicine Team

We are excited to invite you to become a part of our thriving family medicine practice, where you will collaborate with three physicians and four advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs). This position offers a traditional outpatient family medicine experience, with the option to engage in obstetrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care.
• Participate in an optional obstetrics practice.
• Manage minimal on-call duties, primarily via phone.
• Utilize on-site facilities, including lab, X-ray, pharmacy, and a convenient care clinic.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive signing bonus of $150,000.
• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible within three years of eligibility.
• H1B and J1 visa candidates are welcome to apply.
• Graduates from accredited medical or osteopathic schools are required.
• Completion of a relevant residency program is essential.
• Possess or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, along with the Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
