Exciting Opportunity for a Psychiatry ARNP

Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to announce a fantastic opening for a Psychiatry Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). We welcome both seasoned professionals and new graduates to apply!

Opportunity Highlights

• Become part of a dynamic team consisting of 4 physicians and 3 ARNPs.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care.
• Work at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital.
• Join a Level III Trauma Center with a fully staffed emergency department available 24/7, along with hospitalist services.
• Participate in on-call duties approximately 8 days per month, which includes additional compensation.

Compensation Package

• Attractive guaranteed base salary starting at $107,000, plus a $25,000 bonus!
• Comprehensive benefits package that includes paid malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME) support, relocation assistance, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, health savings account (HSA), disability coverage, and a generous employer retirement contribution.

Qualifications

• Board Certified as an ARNP; candidates must be eligible for an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA, along with obtaining medical staff privileges at MercyOne North Iowa.
• Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is required.
