Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role supporting the growth and communication development of elementary students for the 2026–2027 school year. An established district near McKinney, TX is searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver school-based speech and language services full-time. Your expertise will make a significant impact on a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students, helping them achieve their academic and communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) capability (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience providing speech-language evaluations, therapy, and IEP support, ideally in elementary settings
• Knowledge of school-based documentation and collaborative practices
• Reliable transportation for onsite assignments
• Strong organization and interpersonal communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to inform IEP development
• Develop and monitor tailored communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and student outcomes

Role Details:

• Full-time (40 hours/week), contract assignment for 2026–2027
• Onsite position supporting one or more school locations
• Caseload of approximately 40 students
• Virtual interview process (15-30 minutes)
