Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active and valid Texas SLP License (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Background in school-based and/or early childhood speech-language services
• Strong grasp of evaluating, organizing, and documenting individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent collaboration skills with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families
• Effective communication and time management abilities

Your Day-to-Day:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations, develop targeted goals, and provide tailored therapy to early childhood students
• Support IEP development by creating measurable, student-centered objectives
• Serve as a resource to teachers and families to address students’ speech and language needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, collaborating to create the best outcomes for each child
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and communication
