Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact in elementary education as a Speech-Language Pathologist during the 2026–2027 school year. This contract opportunity is based near McKinney, TX, in an engaging and supportive school environment. You’ll work onsite with a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students, providing vital speech and language services.

What We’re Seeking:

• Active Texas SLP License (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
• Demonstrated experience within a school setting, ideally with elementary students
• Skill in conducting speech-language evaluations and developing IEP goals
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students
• Evaluate students, interpret results, and support IEP development and implementation
• Collaborate effectively with special education staff, general educators, administrators, and families to facilitate optimal student outcomes
• Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and all required documentation in compliance with district protocols
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

Assignment Details:

• Full-time (40 hours/week) from August 4, 2026, through May 21, 2027
• Onsite at assigned elementary schools (locations TBD)
• Caseload of approximately 40 students
