Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a vital role supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 academic year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering speech and language services to a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students. Work within a dynamic educational environment, collaborating closely with teachers, special education professionals, administrators, and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is beneficial
• Experience working with middle school-aged students highly valued
• Strong ability to conduct speech and language evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide both direct and consultative services
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-time, onsite caseload of approximately 50 middle school students
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Offer engaging, evidence-based direct and indirect therapy services
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Partner with educational staff, administrators, and families to support student success

This position starts August 4, 2026, and continues through May 21, 2027, with a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
