Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students needing speech and language services
• Deliver direct and indirect services in alignment with each student’s IEP
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education team members, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s needs
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and assess student progress

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas SLP license is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, particularly with elementary students
• Demonstrated ability to develop IEP goals and implement effective therapy interventions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization, and meticulous attention to documentation
