Speech Language Pathologist in Mckinney, TX

Elevate your impact as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, delivering essential speech and language services for elementary-aged children throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to support students at both Meadows Elementary and a Head Start program on a dynamic, full-time schedule.


In this role, you'll provide top-quality speech and language evaluations, design and implement IEP goals, and collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure student progress. Working onsite across two campuses, you'll manage an engaging caseload of approximately 30 students-all while utilizing your Spanish/English bilingual skills to break down barriers for diverse learners.


Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency required
• Previous work in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary students, is highly valued
• Strong abilities in evaluation, IEP development, and speech-language therapy implementation
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for onsite assignments
