Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite, guiding approximately 50 students in their journey towards enhanced communication skills in an educational setting known for fostering collaboration and growth.

Ideal experience includes conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, crafting and implementing IEPs, and delivering both direct and consultative services to middle school-aged students. Daily, you’ll collaborate with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families, advocating for students’ success and communicating progress with clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly desirable
• Proven background working with middle school students preferred
• Expertise in evaluation, IEP development, therapy, and documentation
• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students receiving speech and language services
• Complete assessments and develop individualized goals
• Deliver therapy and consultative services
• Collaborate with educational teams and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance
