Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas SLP license is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric educational setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Reliable transportation for travel between assigned private/home school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy services, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all services provided
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to various school settings and student populations
• Participate in virtual interviews and work with district personnel to finalize caseload assignments
