Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time onsite role empowers you to make a meaningful impact supporting approximately 35 students who require speech and language services.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations, crafting and implementing effective IEP goals, and delivering both direct and consultative therapy services. You’ll collaborate closely with special education professionals, teachers, administrators, and families to foster each student’s communication development and academic success.

Desired Experience & Credentials:

• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working in schools, especially with elementary and middle school students
• Skilled in administering evaluations, writing and supporting IEPs, and providing a variety of service models in a school-based setting
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of about 35 middle/elementary students needing speech and language support
• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Consult and collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate student records, progress notes, and required documentation
