Speech Language Pathologist in Frisco, TX

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This dynamic, onsite role includes serving students at both an elementary school and a Head Start program near Frisco, TX.


In this full-time role (40 hours/week), you will deliver speech and language services with a focus on supporting approximately 30 elementary-aged students. You'll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver both direct and consultative therapy. Your expertise will help empower students to reach their communication goals while collaborating with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families.


What we're seeking:

• Active Texas SLP License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• School-based experience, especially with elementary-aged students (preferred)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working across two school sites
• Reliable transportation to report onsite

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement effective therapy interventions
• Write and track IEP goals and progress
• Consult and collaborate with school staff and parents
• Manage documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
