Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your responsibilities will center on managing a caseload of approximately 35 students, providing speech and language evaluations, developing and implementing IEP goals, and delivering both direct and consultative services. Collaboration is key—you’ll actively work alongside special education professionals, teachers, families, and administrators to ensure each student’s progress.

What We Are Looking For:

• Current Texas SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior school-based SLP experience, especially with elementary and middle school populations
• Proficiency in conducting speech/language evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing effective therapy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation for onsite responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized therapy and interventions based on student needs
• Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
• Formulate, implement, and monitor student-specific IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records per district and legal requirements
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families to maximize student outcomes
