Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role supporting high school students’ communication development for the 2026–2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, onsite opportunity focuses on working with 11th and 12th graders, maintaining a caseload of approximately 40 students who depend on your expertise to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough speech and language evaluations, developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and providing both direct and consultative services. Collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families, you’ll foster an environment that encourages each student’s growth.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience in a school-based setting, especially at the high school level, is desirable
• Comfortable developing, monitoring, and adjusting IEP goals
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
• Conduct formal and informal speech-language assessments
• Participate in IEP meetings, working collaboratively to set and review goals
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
• Serve as a supportive resource for parents, staff, and administrators
