Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key qualifications for this position include:

• Active Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• School-based setting background is a plus
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evaluations, direct and indirect speech therapy, and maintaining thorough documentation for a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students
• Developing and managing IEP goals and plans aligned with student needs
• Collaborating closely with general and special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to ensure each student’s progress
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing professional insights
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal education guidelines for speech-language services
