Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle and elementary school students during the 2026–2027 academic year. This role offers the chance to work closely with approximately 35 students per caseload, providing essential speech and language services in a collaborative, school-based environment near Frisco, Texas.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas SLP license (active and in good standing)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school-aged populations, is highly valued
• Proven abilities in conducting evaluations, developing effective IEP goals, and providing both direct and consultative speech-language therapy
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to middle and elementary students following their individualized education plans
• Complete thorough speech and language evaluations and document progress regularly
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in alignment with student needs
• Work collaboratively with educators, special education staff, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district and state guidelines
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to support continuity of care

This full-time, onsite position involves a standard 40-hour work week throughout the full school year, running from early August through late May. You’ll have the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference for students, while building collaborative relationships with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
