Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience supporting early childhood students strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial
• Excellent organization, communication, and clinical documentation skills
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with educators, special education teams, administrators, and families
• Reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities:

• Perform speech and language evaluations for early childhood students
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals based on student needs
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with established plans
• Work closely with teachers and special education personnel for student success
• Consult with families to ensure a team-based approach to speech and language development
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and state standards
