Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a real impact working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive and engaging middle/elementary school environment for the 2026–2027 academic year. You will be providing essential speech and language support to a caseload of approximately 35 students, fostering growth and communication skills vital to their academic journeys. This full-time, onsite contract role offers a dynamic schedule and the opportunity to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Prior experience working with elementary and/or middle school students in educational settings
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering both direct and consultative therapy
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
• Comfortable collaborating with teams, including special education staff and families

Major Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language evaluations and create targeted treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and plan ongoing student progress
