Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting school-based speech-language services this summer. This role offers multiple openings for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with CCC credentials, available to work onsite near Frisco, TX. The district anticipates the need for SLPs to provide compensatory services, with hours and caseloads varying throughout the service dates: June 16–18, June 23–25, July 7–9, and July 14–16, running Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly desirable
• Flexibility to work with various grade levels and adapt to changing caseloads and schedules
• Ability to work onsite; remote options are not available
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students as assigned, supporting diverse communication needs
• Collaborate with educators and district staff to address students’ compensatory service requirements
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and education teams regarding student needs and progress
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
