Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold an active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Prior experience working in a school-based environment, particularly with high school students, is strongly favored
• Adept at conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and providing both direct and consultative services
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students in grades 11 and 12, delivering speech and language therapy tailored to individual needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to IEP development and implementation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education teams, and families to support each student's success
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of services and progress
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and planning sessions
