In this onsite contract position, you will help empower young learners through vital speech and language interventions, collaborating directly with students, families, and educators to drive meaningful growth.

You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students, providing targeted therapy, speech and language assessments, and individualized support tailored to each child’s educational journey. This full-time role (40 hours per week) is perfect for both seasoned school-based SLPs and passionate clinicians eager to make a difference in an engaging educational environment.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Experience working with elementary-aged students highly valued
• Exceptional skills in teamwork, communication, organization, and documentation

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and deliver effective, evidence-based therapy
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate case records and support students’ progress through data-driven insights
• Consult and partner with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families for holistic student success
• Support both direct and indirect speech-language services, adapting strategies to individual student needs
