Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. In this contract position, you’ll work onsite, dedicating your expertise to a caseload of approximately 40 students, helping them build critical communication skills for lifelong learning and social success.

Your responsibilities will center around providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering both direct and indirect services according to IEP guidelines. By collaborating closely with educators, special education team members, administrators, and families, you’ll be an integral part of each child’s growth and achievement throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required
• Prior experience with elementary-aged students highly valued
• Familiarity with conducting assessments, writing IEP goals, and delivering school-based speech-language services
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Primary Duties:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations for a varied caseload
• Provide individualized therapy aligned with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff for student success
• Maintain precise records and data for each student’s progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
