Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. Make a difference on-site, working with a caseload of around 40 students who need your expertise in speech and language services. Your days will be dynamic, filled with collaborative teamwork alongside special education professionals, teachers, administrators, and families to foster each student’s success.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active Texas SLP license required for practice in a school setting
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary children
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering both direct and indirect services
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-time, onsite speech-language therapy and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEP goals catered to individual student needs
• Maintain clear records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Work closely with school teams and families to ensure effective service delivery
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment for all students
• Manage caseload responsibilities (approximately 40 students) with professionalism and care
