Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

For the 2026–2027 school year, a full-time, onsite contract role is available for a dedicated professional passionate about helping young learners reach their full communication potential.

Your expertise will support a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students who require speech and language services. You'll have the chance to utilize your skills in both direct and indirect therapy, comprehensive evaluations, and the development of individualized education program (IEP) goals. In this collaborative environment, your ability to partner with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families will be key to student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Familiarity with elementary student caseloads preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations and evidence-based therapy
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
• Provide both direct and consultative services to support student needs
• Maintain clear, thorough records and progress notes
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams and families
