In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll manage a manageable caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students, focusing on speech-language evaluations, therapy implementation, and the development of IEP goals. The ideal candidate brings expertise in educational settings and enjoys working with diverse learners and multidisciplinary teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary students, preferred
• Proficiency with developing, implementing, and tracking IEP goals
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language evaluations and therapy to assigned caseload
• Develop, monitor, and maintain IEP documentation and student progress reports
• Collaborate with families, educators, and school teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely data entry
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding speech-language needs
